The Billboards of EDSA - What's New?

EDSA (Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue) - the highway back then since my high school and college life  has been bombarded with over sized billboards, most of them flaunting skins of almost nakedness. From men wearing skimpy briefs and from ladies wearing too tight "comfortable" underwears - from any theme or any genre, name it, it's there. And now I am wondering what is the big fuzz now that most of the  elected officials in the metro have been reacting very strange.
