To date, The Philippines has 7 nominees to the New7Wonders of Nature

Officially Supported:

1. Chocolate Hills - Current Ranking: 4
2. Mayon Volcano - Current Ranking: 10
3. Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park - Current Ranking: 1
4. Tubbataha Reef - Current Ranking: 5

Not Yet Officially Supported:

1. Mount Pinatubo - Current Ranking: 345
2. Taal Volcano - Current Ranking: 353
3. Hundred Islands National Park - Current Ranking: 342

The Department of Tourism - Philippines should be aware of this improvement because another of our national treasure have been acknowledged again by an international organization.

Really, if we have a good standing on this proceedings, it will be another pride again for our country. We will have a chance of making our country known to others who doesn't even know (or doesn't even care.) We can be proud of the natural wonders of our country amids our known problems in our government and in our society. I bet you know what i mean :D
